Moos is free for customers. You never pay a barber in the app; you pay at the shop.
Wait times are estimates and a shop may change its line.
Keep your booking or cancel early. A shop may block you after repeated no-shows.
No abusive or misleading content in messages. You can report and block any message or shop; we review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and suspend the people who posted it.
For barbers: a monthly subscription through the App Store or Google Play after a free trial, renewing automatically until you cancel in your store settings. You are responsible for your shop's details and prices.
The service is provided as is; we are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a shop.
