Moos helps customers see barbershop lines and book times, and helps barbers run their line and appointments.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email or Apple ID identifier, and your phone number if you add it.
- Your activity: lines you join, bookings, messages with shops, and reports.
- Your push token and device language, to send notifications.
- Approximate location only when you allow it, to show nearby shops. We do not store a location history.
- For barbers: shop details and subscription status from Apple or Google. We never see card details.
How we use it
Only to run the service: showing lines, confirming bookings, sending notifications and preventing fake bookings. A shop sees your name and phone number when you join its line or book with it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or tracking.
Keeping and deleting
Data is stored on servers we operate. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account); your personal data is deleted immediately and only anonymous records remain for statistics.
