Delete your account

You can delete your Moos account at any time:

1. Open the app and go to "Account".
2. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

We immediately delete your name, email, phone number and notification devices, cancel your upcoming bookings and take you out of any line. A shop you own is hidden from the map. Only anonymous records remain for statistics.

If you can no longer open the app, email us from your account's address: [email protected] and we'll delete it within 7 days.

For barbers: cancel your subscription in App Store or Google Play settings.
